Tuscaloosa City Schools haven’t had an ad valorem increase since 1986, causing our schools to fall behind as costs have soared by 272 percent and inflation by 187 percent.
Despite limited resources, Tuscaloosa City Schools have made significant strides in Pre-K, arts, technology, and teacher salaries, demonstrating excellent stewardship of public funds.
